perfect locationconvenient parkinghelpful staff
i appreciated the perfect location it was so easy getting around the city plus the hotel offers parking right opposite which is very convenient the staff were helpful and engaging they made everything smooth i definitely plan on coming back here
the pool area looked a little bit worn i noticed that otherwise everything was top notch

my room was quite spacious especially for a european hotel it included a proper coffee machine which i definitely enjoyed the bed was large and very comfortable guaranteeing a good night's sleep

the hotel provides secure underground parking a big plus for those traveling with a car it costs 18€ per night which is reasonable considering the convenience it is a dog friendly place which is a major bonus too

parking was easy because the location is central. the breakfast had excellent choices. the staff members helped me with my bags and were polite. my room included daily replenished coffee, i liked that.
The gym felt a little tired. Some equipment need a refresh. i still used it but i think it would improve a lot with some maintenance.

location is superb. many restaurants and shops surround the hotel, so it's quite walkable. i could easily walk to city center and explore different attractions nearby. it made exploring very convenient.

the fire alarm went off at some ungodly hour disrupting everyone. i don't think the staff really cared. the swimming pool looked a bit sad and tired too not exactly inviting for a relaxing dip.

Kevin at the front desk provided great help with all my needs! The restaurant was excellent. I ate there two nights. Breakfast at the hotel was over the top with great fresh food. The staff worked very hard to keep everything fresh.

The location allows easy access to the city center with numerous cafes nearby. The hotel's position makes it very convenient for exploring many attractions, including shops and restaurants. It is definitely in the heart of the action.

I found the courtyard very useful for breakfast and enjoying evening cocktails. The hotel provides underground parking, quite convenient and provides safety. There is also a champagne bar, with a selection of drinks and food.

The room size was great, easily accommodating us. a toddler. a dog. The room had a large comfortable bed, soft linens, and effective soundproofing. I also had a super bathroom with Grohe appliances and a lovely big window.

Breakfast was plentiful, and the staff regularly restocked the items. I thought the food was AMAZING!!! There was always a good choice of breakfast items available, and the staff worked hard.

The location is very central and convenient. Parking is available. The restaurant staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel also provides EV charging, which I used.
The room I stayed in felt quite small. There was limited space to put luggage, an inconvenience. More space would definitely improve the stay.
