Great location and friendly staff

The hotel is very close to many attractions, including Casa Batlo. I found a parking location for taxis just steps from the front door. I also appreciated the toiletries provided and the availability of coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and water at all hours. The staff was friendly and very helpful.
The window in my room looked out onto a brick wall, so the room felt a little dark.

The hotel offers complimentary freshly baked croissants each morning at 8 AM (plain and chocolate varieties). Coffee is available all day and night, which I thought was very convenient. There is no formal breakfast.

The hotel is renovated from a 19th-century palace, retaining many original architectural details. The building itself is historical and beautifully transformed, preserving many of the little details. I found the building and the interiors very beautiful.

My room was spacious, and the high ceilings enhanced the sense of space (it also had a nice balcony!). The room was quiet, nice for restful sleep, and I also found the interior design to be very photogenic. The shower was excellent.

the location is very central. it is surrounded by restaurants and stores. la rambla is a short walk. the staff were friendly and helpful.
the sound isolation was poor. i could hear conversations from another room.

the hotel provides complimentary tea and coffee in the lounge area. fresh croissants are available each morning from 8am to 10am. an outdoor terrace features sofas and is accessible .

the front desk is open 24 hours each day. luggage storage is available after checkout. the staff helped me locate a taxi. they seemed to enjoy their work and that was pleasant to see.

perfect locationeasy accessnearby metro
the location worked very well for me restaurants and apparel shops were very close. la rambla was also easily accessible within a 5 minute walk. i used two nearby metro stations, gracia on the green line and catalunya on the red line they were only 3-4 minutes away.
the room i had felt slightly dark during the day.
