beautiful gardens fine decor helpful receptionist missing safe pillow option emergency signage
the hotel had beautiful gardens. the decor was fine. receptionists were helpful. the hotel was close to the escalators.
the room lacked basic amenities such as a safe. there was no option of pillows. i noticed no fire emergency signage.

mixed experience. some issues with service
poor breakfast outdated air conditioning
the breakfast was definitely not great. there were very few options for fresh fruit. also, the coffee machine was broken. it was frustrating. the room felt old and the air conditioning was outdated. it's a shame because the place could be a nice charming hotel. i think they rely on repeat customers so they don't invest in improvements.

great decoration wonderful architecture helpful team
the building had great decorations. the architecture was wonderful. the reception team was helpful and nice. i also enjoyed the breakfast variety!
i found the room dated and needing an upgrade. the mattress was uncomfortable, and the bed frame wasn't secure, a nuisance.

Lovely Location and Breakfast!

The hotel is located inside old walls, so I feel secure. The architecture is beautiful. I see the town walls every day! I enjoy the variety of breakfast options and the spacious room made me happy.
I think my room was far from reception and required the use of two lifts which took sometime.

Reception workers are really nice and polite to every visitor. All questions are answered quickly. It's so important to feel like a valued guest, and this hotel gets it totally right, with great support.

This hotel enjoys superb situation near many landmarks and sights. The hotel is placed in the town walls. Public transport from Madrid is super easy, what a relief for everyone coming for the first time.

Hotel has wonderful garden to see. This is a place that lets you feel calm. The building has traditional style, also with two pools. This hotel offer some amazing environment to stay.

I enjoy the many choices available for breakfast. I find a light and airy room. This improves my morning. The breakfast is very good quality, I found a good pastry and coffee.
