Room 402 featured a balcony. It gave me a fine view. the staff helped me a lot when i needed a taxi. i couldn't speak spanish, but the front desk figured out my location. the taxi arrived quickly, very helpful.

The reception team provided local maps and helpful advice on sights. They gave us excellent recommendations. the restaurant team was professional, with well trained staff explaining local dishes and wine selections. lola's enthusiasm and daniel and javier's attentive service impressed me.

The bar offers amazing city views. the breakfast buffet featured a generous selection. Everything was fresh and delicious. the city view, especially at night, is really lovely.

my room had a balcony. i enjoyed the view from it. the restaurant also had a view, i liked it.
the air CONDITIONING did not work well. the staff said it was set to heating. there were wasps at the pool. wasp nests were in the shower drains.

The room was spacious and clean. the breakfast buffet had a lot of choice. i appreciate the free outside parking. That was very useful. the staff were friendly to.
The hotel is located far from the city center. Taxis were needed. i noticed no air conditioning was available when we stayed in october. some mosquitoes entered when i opened the windows to ventilate. i got some bites.
