torn floor terrible smell
the breakfast had a really good selection of options, so that was acceptable.
the room felt old. the hotel looked tired, with torn floors and scratched walls. there was also a terrible smell coming from the bathroom. i felt it was overpriced for the quality.

the location was good as it has easy access to the main train station. breakfast had a good choice. i like that the room seemed very clean.

enthusiastic reception comfy bed complimentary coffee
the reception was a pure delight! she greeted me with enthusiasm and provided detailed directions to local attractions. the breakfast offered great value. the staff was very nice, and the beds were comfy for restful sleep. i found complimentary coffee and tea available all day. (i really needed that caffeine!)
the room lacked proper heating control, making it a bit too warm even when the outside temperature was mild.

wide variety friendly staff central location
the breakfast included a wide variety of options. i found the staff to be consistently friendly. the location was very central, near many key attractions.

floor stain poor cleanliness
the breakfast had amazing choice.
The cleanliness of rooms wasn't great. I found someone's chopsticks under sofa. my floor was heavily stained.

convenient location helpful staff varied breakfast
i was grateful the location was very close to the train station. The staff was helpful and kind, so i appreciated that. I also enjoyed the delicious and varied breakfast.
