the breakfast was good. it had a wide range of items.
the check-in process was not good. there was no concierge service i expected. the front desk team was not responsive. i needed to send a message to the hotel's facebook page to get help.

Location was good, close to many attractions. The pool area was acceptable.
Air conditioning was not working properly. It kept switching to winter mode, and I had to call every 10 minutes. The bathtub also looked disgusting with peeling paint and visible mold. I am dissapointed with the state of the room.

outdoor poolfriendly waiter
the outdoor pool was great. it had a small bar, so i could order drinks right by the loungers (i think there were about 20). the breakfast had a great spread. baris, the waiter, was very friendly.
the shower drainage in the bathroom wasn't perfect. i mentioned it, but nothing changed.
