The hotel sits on a hill. This provides beautiful panoramic city views from the windows. The parking area was huge and very convenient.
Our room had no hot water. We asked to change the room, but were told the hotel was fully booked. My wife had to take a shower in another room, while i showered with cold water.

the hotel offered a location near green spaces and parks. i found access to the city center simple using the bus. the bus stop is conveniently right outside connecting to the underground. the staff addressed all questions promptly providing helpful information.
the wifi did not work for the entire duration of my stay. i needed to make video calls but could not do so. the lack of a reliable connection was problematic for important tasks.

the breakfast area offers a beautiful view. i especially appreciated the variety of cheeses and breads presented each morning. there was also fantastic apple strudel.

I booked a Premium Room, but it reminded me of a letdown. The bedroom was surprisingly small, reminding me of an airplane bathroom. The furniture seemed outdated and worn. the mattress was not comfortable.

the grounds were beautiful. the rooms were very excellent because it has a mezzanine floor. private parking was available and i appreciate the breakfast.
the room was cold. the furniture in the room looked old. it was heating just for a short periods at night.
