I booked the stay due to its proximity to anfield. The hotel's location is a short walk to the stadium. Check-in was easy with clear instructions sent via email. We found complimentary water bottles and tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
The hotel staff seemed confused about breakfast times. I was told to book breakfast, but it was unavailable at the time stated. This miscommunication was disappointing and inconvenient.

we travelled to see an event nearby and found the hotel easy to locate it also offered good parking i received our parking ticket and room keys from a very friendly person were really good to assist us we booked a triple room but were given a room with five beds a good surprise the room was very clean and spacious with ample tea coffee and bottled water provided
the breakfast experience was slightly disorganized i was initially told i could have breakfast at 10 a.m but the restaurant was not serving at that time i was offered a nearby café which was appreciated

The hotel had parking, made arrival easy. I found the self-service check-in very simple. Staff at the bar were friendly and cute. The car park attendant was lovely!!!
The area around the hotel seemed mainly residential. It had few options for coffee or dining. My room was really an attic with a small, high window. It felt a little confining. The bed pillows were too large and too hard.

the room felt so old and not properly clean, there was dust everywhere and the furniture seemed broken. the shower barely worked, and the water pressure was a trickle. i found the menu limited and overpriced, i did not think the food was tasty.
