John was fantastic! he had handouts ready with useful local info. my room felt much bigger than i expected. It was super spacious and comfortable. the tea and coffee in the room were such a nice touch!

Breakfast had limited choice and small portions. Replenishing items as they ran out would be beneficial, as requesting refills felt awkward. there were plenty of eggs, but very little meat!

the breakfast was a letdown the selection was limited and items were not replenished i felt hesitant to ask for more the location proved to be more isolated than i anticipated requiring reliance on public transport.

I am grateful for the spacious room , beautifully decorated with unique pieces. The breakfast included croissants, sourdough toast, fruits, cereals, yogurt, ham, salmon, boiled eggs, juice, tea and coffee. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere and helpful host. I will definitely recommend it.

I found that the bathroom was private , yet it was not en-suite. This meant a short walk down the hall.

the room was spacious , and it provided everything i needed for my short stay. the bathroom had nice amenities , and a large window in the main room provided a good view of the garden, especially nice in the afternoon. i found the location good , easy for reaching hope street and lark lane.

the breakfast had very little choice , and portions were small. items should have been replenished as they were used. it felt difficult to request more.
