warm welcome great host extra amenity delicious food
the hosts were very cute. they provided local advice making it easy to explore. the room had nice extras like bathrobes and slippers. breakfast was awesome offering a great continental selection. i found parking easy and accessible near the hotel

amazing stay! totally worth it!
useful info spacious room nice touch
John was fantastic! he had handouts ready with useful local info. my room felt much bigger than i expected. It was super spacious and comfortable. the tea and coffee in the room were such a nice touch!
Breakfast had limited choice and small portions. Replenishing items as they ran out would be beneficial, as requesting refills felt awkward. there were plenty of eggs, but very little meat!

The hotel is in a quiet area near a park, a short bus ride from the city center. It's super convenient. princes park is nearby. Such a peaceful green space. i loved it!

underwhelming stay
limited selection isolated location
the double room en suite bathroom was acceptable it had enough space for my luggage.
the breakfast was a letdown the selection was limited and items were not replenished i felt hesitant to ask for more the location proved to be more isolated than i anticipated requiring reliance on public transport.

Charming Stay with Really good Breakfast
spacious room unique pieces
I am grateful for the spacious room , beautifully decorated with unique pieces. The breakfast included croissants, sourdough toast, fruits, cereals, yogurt, ham, salmon, boiled eggs, juice, tea and coffee. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere and helpful host. I will definitely recommend it.
I found that the bathroom was private , yet it was not en-suite. This meant a short walk down the hall.

The location was easy to find. USB ports in the room was a nice feature.
Breakfast offered very little choice! The portions were really small and not replenished as items ran out. There were plenty of eggs but few pieces of meat. The presentation seemed lacking, too.

admirable lodgings
spacious room nice bathroom
the room was spacious , and it provided everything i needed for my short stay. the bathroom had nice amenities , and a large window in the main room provided a good view of the garden, especially nice in the afternoon. i found the location good , easy for reaching hope street and lark lane.
the breakfast had very little choice , and portions were small. items should have been replenished as they were used. it felt difficult to request more.
