the staff were friendly and efficient i found. excellent food existed in the restaurant. the hotel is tastefully decorated and clean.
there were stairs up to our rooms from the lift and they were difficult to negotiate. my son's bedroom was basic and not very comfortable. the tv service was very basic for the price of the rooms.

the lift was a bit small, it sometimes took a little while to arrive.

The room was super clean and well-presented with a contemporary style. I found a good selection of drinks at the bar, including local beers and spirits. Breakfast offered a good choice of items and seemed good quality. Staff welcomed me warmly throughout my two-night stay.
Parking availability near the premises is somewhat limited.

I enjoyed the friendly staff. They were lovely. the hotel's location is great. it provided for all my needs, and the shower in the bathroom worked well. breakfast was also good.
the parking situation was not ideal at all. there were very limited car parking spaces available at the hotel. i believe only three spaces existed. i also found the mattress in the room too soft for a good night's sleep.

i appreciated the hotel's location overlooking the seafront. my room overlooked the castle, a wonderful sight when lit at night. the breakfast service was amazing. we made good use of the garden, since the weather was favorable.

the standard single room was comfortable, with all essential amenities. the furnishings was well kept. there was a reading light provided beside the bed, a thoughtful touch. the room was kept very clean .

breakfast included a variety of dishes suiting every taste. i particularly enjoyed the full welsh breakfast. the restaurant decor looked modern with clean lines! it remained comfortable and cute. the breakfast staff were amazing.
