The breakfast was very good.

I was a little put out by the receptionist. They did not inquire whether I was part of the IHG hotels program. The air conditioning unit also presented a problem. It kept turning off, and the temperature would jump back to 21 degrees despite wanting it set to 16.

I must say, my stay wasn't entirely without its hiccups. I ordered room service one evening at 10 PM and, believe it or not, it arrived an hour and ten minutes later. The food was cold, I tell you, cold, and it really put a damper on my evening. It's a shame, because the hotel itself had potential, but that culinary mishap is difficult to forget.

the suite, my chosen sanctuary, offered a small outside deck, it was perfect. the room included two separate sinks, and the rainfall shower was sublime. the spa facilities presented great service, and i found breakfast and dinner options very tasty.
