varied food nice entertainment attentive staff
the restaurant provided varied food choices at good prices. the evening entertainment was a nice addition. the staff was attentive, and the hotel generally had a nice vibe.
the gym was small, it lacked modern equipment.

unmotivated staff restaurant uncleanliness
the studio balcony was acceptable and offered a small space to relax outside (it was small though).
The restaurant on site was not very clean and the staff seemed unmotivated. I didn't enjoy eating there. i also noticed a lot of noise at night with doors slamming and people shouting.

charmed stay!
fresh towels floating toys beach towels good entertainment
i stayed in a one-bedroom apartment balcony. fresh towels were provided twice during my week. the pool had extra noodles and floating toys available. i also rented beach towels at reception, a very convenient service!!! both restaurants served lovely meals, and i found good entertainment options each evening.
The side entrance overlooks a building site. It's not the prettiest view at first. however, once inside the hotel, i hardly noticed it.

the hotel is near the sea and shopping streets, which i found very convenient. the bus to the airport is located at the top of the road. there is also a boat taxi to san antonio which is a short walk around the bay.

the pool area was super clean, and the hotel provides extra floating equipment. you can hire beach towels at reception. the hotel restaurants provide a great variety of food and entertainment in the evenings for all the guests.
