quiet room friendly check-in adequate breakfast
i found the check-in process seamless and friendly. the breakfast buffet offered adequate choices. i especially liked the coffee!
the elevator was occasionally slow, requiring a short wait.

The location was excellent. It was close to La Rambla. The room included slippers, Marvis toothpaste, and a bamboo toothbrush. There was also a Nespresso coffee maker.
The rooms are pretty basic.

the superior twin room Offered adequate space for luggage storage.
the receptionist did not offer assistance with luggage upon arrival. the bed felt excessively FIRM, causing discomfort throughout the stay. Noise from the street was easily audible in the room late into the night.

central location with friendly staff
helpful staff clean room
The staff was really helpful and kind. I found that the room was a great thing to come back to after a hot day. the room was clean, and the bathroom was very clean. The location is right in the city center. it was very close to the shops and restaurants, which i found convenient.
the surroundings of the hotel were not the best. the streets smell, a bit off-putting

small balcony street view central location firm bed hallway noise inconvenient elevator
My room had a small balcony with a view of the street. The bathroom included a bathrobe and slippers, things I did not expect. The location was central, just a short walk from many attractions.
The bed was too firm for my liking. I also noticed noise from the hallway and other rooms. The elevator stopped one floor below my room, so I had to carry my luggage up the stairs.
