the front desk team impressed me.. they displayed genuine happiness and a caring attitude toward guests. they were helpful and knowledgeable. i found the breakfast to be delicious and the bar offered a nice selection.

The location was central, steps from shopping areas. the staff offered helpful restaurant recommendations. i found a mini gym with a sauna available. Massage appointments were also possible.

The staff was always ready to assist and friendly. I found the WhatsApp number especially useful for quick questions! The location is AMAZING, I could walk to many shops and attractions. I also really liked the bar located in the lobby.

The bathroom seemed a little small. I would have liked a bit more space.

The suite was sophisticated, luxurious, and beautifully appointed. The bed was comfortable, I slept soundly every night. The room was cleaned daily and I found it super clean each time when I returned.

The breakfast had fresh fruit, cheeses, and natural yogurts. I sampled the tapas and full dinner menu at the excellent restaurant! The coffee was wonderful. I especially enjoyed the breakfast.

This location is excellent. It provides easy access to restaurants and shops. The hotel sits near the modernist Pedrera and Batllo houses. I found it a secure and safe area for walking at any hour.
