Really good Guest House Experience
extra touchesquiet streetsteep stairs
i found pastries and a mini fridge in my room a great touch i also really liked the large bathroom with a great shower the guest house was warm despite my january visit it's a short walk to restaurants and the town center. i was grateful for the quiet street location and walking distance to the center the complimentary snacks were also a nice bonus.
the stairs were quite steep i found it a bit challenging with luggage the host greeted me but there was a slight smell of wet dog upon entering.

the room included a microwave and a fridge , which i found useful.
The stairs to my room were REALLY steep , and carrying my luggage up them was difficult. the room itself felt cramped. It was hard to move around without bumping into things. the bathroom taps had grime on them , which i found unhygienic.

the room included a mini fridge stocked with milks, water, and butter, i found that quite thoughtful. alex provided a helpful book of information and suggested places to visit, useful. i appreciated alex's willingness to allow us to leave our car after check out, it made my travel easier. the short walk to the city centre alongside the river was pleasant.
the stairs to the room were indeed quite steep, and it was a small struggle to carry my luggage up. i believe some guests might find this challenging.

my room included a mini fridge with water, yogurt and juice. there were also welcome goodies such as fruit and pastries. parking outside was available, that was very convenient.
the stairs going up were quite steep. carrying luggage was a bit of a challenge. the bathroom wasn't very clean. there was also an unbearable sewage smell.

I appreciated the provided extras. There were yogurts, water, tea, coffee, biscuits, scones, and other pastries plus a bowl of fruit. the space was very comfortable. the cleanliness was great, so i found it difficult to ask for more.
the stairs felt a little steep with luggage. this was only a minor inconvenience though.
