The staff delivered breakfast to the room. That was acceptable

I didn't like the shower. It was so small. the room temperature fluctuated wildly, I reminded me of I was in a sauna one minute and an icebox the next. It was difficult to get comfortable. I nearly froze.

weak wi-fi signalslow breakfast service

i found a couple of things less than stellar . the wi-fi signal was pretty weak in my room, i could barely stream anything. also, the breakfast service was a bit slow one morning, it took quite a while for my order to arrive. perhaps more access points are needed or an extra pair of hands in the kitchen might improve things.

small showersteep staircase

The BATHROOM was somewhat disappointing. The shower was quite small, and the water pressure, although adequate, was not particularly strong. The temperature control was also tricky. I struggled a little to find the right balance. I also noted the staircase was rather steep. This could prove challenging with mobility issues or heavy luggage.
