the hotel location was very convenient. it was only a short walk from the train station and the city centre which was perfect for me. i checked in early because my room was ready. i was able to leave my bags and explore the city that day.
the linen smelled like grease. the room was freezing at night and the wind blew through the windows. i didn't notice the heating on much and i couldn't control it in the room.

The hotel location was amazing. It was perfect for the train station. the staff were so friendly! i loved how clean the room was, it.
i found the towels and bedding smelled like grease. at night, the room was freezing and the wind blew through the windows. also, the tv didn't have many channels and the netflix button didn't work

The hotel had parking and EV charging at the rear. I was allowed to leave my car there on check-out day. This allowed me to explore more, without worrying about my car. The folder in the room contained all information about my stay and the area. The team thought of everything to. The outdoor area was a nice bonus.

the staff were friendly and accommodating. the full english breakfast was lovely. i also appreciated being able to leave my luggage after check-out to spend more time in the city.
the parking charge felt expensive. the room was very noisy because of a train going past. the hotel room could do with being updated and decorated. paint was coming off the skirting and walls.

The room was spacious and clean, it had a good amount of tea, coffee and sugar. The bed was comfy. The garden was well maintained and a quiet area, I loved the hot tub. I also noticed the smell of baking from Beth Bakes & Cakes on-site and it was very nice!
The car park was tight. It felt inconvenient.
