The staff was really friendly and helpful. i especially liked using the hotel's private beach. It was a great experience. jehan and afren from the restaurant provided the best service. They were very helpful!!!

the room was spacious and comfortable with nice views of the canal. the room included a minibar stocked with complimentary soft drinks and snacks. the beds were very comfortable, and the linens were high quality.

The hotel is in business bay, close to many restaurants and shops. getting around was easy. Taxis were readily available just outside the hotel entrance. the proximity to the canal made for pleasant evening strolls.

the breakfast buffet included a live cooking station for eggs. i also liked the large variety of intercontinental and asian dishes!

mixed experience, some positives, but several issues
kind staffpoor cleaningmissing towels
the staff were kind with smiles on their faces (which i always appreciate).
The hotel cleaning was quite poor. our room was not cleaned properly twice. sometimes we were missing towels. One day, the trash was on the toilet seat, and no towels were left. It's strange.
