The staff was very helpful. the location is close to the wholesale market. my room had a nice view toward the creek side. It was really good. i liked that my stay was as expected.
the pool was closed. i did not know this beforehand, and i was looking forward to using it

the room included a comfortable bed with clean linens. a television provided several channels. the air conditioning worked very well to maintain a cool temperature. there was also a safe for storing valuables.

The food was delicious and tasty!!! The F&B department really impressed me. The desserts were nice too.
I booked a room and my calls to reception were not answered. I had to go downstairs to request water and slippers. I was told slippers were not provided. That was frustrating.
