the staff were ready to fulfill requests and seemed very nice. the food from the italian kitchen was delicious, i'd say almost perfect. the room i stayed in felt big and comfortable.
i found the breakfast selection was okay, but they could add muesli to the choices.

I had some issues . the shower handle was broken. I couldn't adjust the water temperature properly. plus, i found the carpets in the hallways to be quite dirty. it gave me a bad impression as i walked to my room.

The room felt a bit neglected. It needed a good refresh. parking was listed, but nonexistent upon arrival which was an unnecessary stress. i think better communication and some elbow grease would help a lot.

the staff was attentive to my dietary needs, arranged a special breakfast with gluten-free options.. even the pasta at dinner was adapted for me, a beautiful touch. the room was very clean. i found the breakfast selection admirable, with italian meats and homemade cake.
the shower experience was less than ideal. limescale blocked some of the jets, diminishing the water pressure. there was also no parking available, even though it was listed. the absence of a response after i inquired about nearby alternatives was disheartening.

The restaurant downstairs proved convenient. I appreciated the spaciousness of the room. The staff were friendly and helpful.
My room was quite warm. It seemed to be located directly above the kitchen. I also noticed noise throughout the night. The source seemed to be some kind of water heater. Parking felt limited at times. Maneuvering was required to secure a space.
