The location proved convenient. it was directly across from sahara mall. I appreciated this proximity. i also found the rooms very clean. the staff consistently offered polite and efficient service.
the parking structure has narrow lanes, so maneuvering larger vehicles requires extra care.

polite staffhelpful driver
the staff were courteous. housekeeping had good organization and a good attitude, i noticed. valet drivers were helpful too. the location is convenient, near a large shopping center, a real plus for last-minute shopping.
i found the parking situation a bit problematic due to tight spaces.

the staff was helpful, but i still had to ask for teaspoons multiple times. eventually, i got them.
I was baffled that a hotel with so many positive reviews had no mugs in the room upon arrival. i had to ask for them. It was a minor inconvenience.

the room is spacious and met my basic expectations for the price i paid.
I was not happy with the parking. It felt tight and difficult to navigate, and i witnessed several cars getting scratched. also, the breakfast service felt poorly managed because there was a long queue most mornings suggesting a need for a larger dining area.
