great location heritage house easy communication metal door rough edge warm room
The location is great. It is conveniently located near some great food and touristy spots. The charm of the heritage house is amazing. Nicole was easy to communicate with and even offered a chance for me to shower after checkout. I had a late flight and was going to be out in the heat.
I stayed in the new wing of the building. The main entrance is a metal door. The only part one can hold to close the door is next to the rough edge of the wall, and fingers could easily get scratched. My room was on the upper floor. I returned at 9pm and the room was still warm from the afternoon sun.

easy access effective communication late flight
the location is great with easy access to various points of interest. i was able to conveniently walk to many cafes and tourist spots. nicole communicated effectively and offered me a shower after checkout as my flight was late i was very thankful.

the kimberley room was close to the bathroom facilities. a sheer curtain ensures privacy at the window overlooking the atrium. the drapes featured a pleasant blue pattern using good quality fabric.

this place is situated in the heritage centre. i found several cafes only about 5 minutes walk away. le petit four is within walking distance on narrow streets with minimal traffic.

good location active staff easy connection metal door water pressure new wing
i found a good location near main attractions. the staff are very active through whatsapp. i appreciated how easy it was to connect with them when i had questions. they were also very friendly.
the metal door was a concern. i stayed in the new wing. closing the door can scratch your fingers. water pressure was not that great, even with a water pump
