excellent location and comfortable stay
easy accesseffective communicationlate flight
the location is great with easy access to various points of interest. i was able to conveniently walk to many cafes and tourist spots. nicole communicated effectively and offered me a shower after checkout as my flight was late i was very thankful.

the kimberley room was close to the bathroom facilities. a sheer curtain ensures privacy at the window overlooking the atrium. the drapes featured a pleasant blue pattern using good quality fabric.

this place is situated in the heritage centre. i found several cafes only about 5 minutes walk away. le petit four is within walking distance on narrow streets with minimal traffic.

i found a good location near main attractions. the staff are very active through whatsapp. i appreciated how easy it was to connect with them when i had questions. they were also very friendly.
the metal door was a concern. i stayed in the new wing. closing the door can scratch your fingers. water pressure was not that great, even with a water pump
