The hotel location offered convenient access to local attractions. Staff members were smiling and helpful. The hotel provided toiletries. This was a nice touch.
The wardrobe in my room was faulty. Its sliding door fell down. The toilet's WC malfunctioned. The water would not refill after flushing, so I fixed it myself. I found the air in the room was not fresh.

warm welcome daily cleaning fresh linen
Omar provided a warm welcome and followed up with a courtesy call to check on my room. Nasir, the room attendant, ensured everything was super clean with daily cleaning. He replaced fresh towels, linens, and bath amenities. I will return!
The communication with the front desk was confusing during the check-in process. The staff seemed unfriendly! They also made an assumption about my previous tax payment, causing confusion.

The hotel has two tennis courts available at the Fitness Club. This is a great amenity. The outdoor pool is quite large. It is great for aqua workouts or relaxing by the water.

The staff was helpful and friendly! They accommodated my request for an early check-in. The staff surprised me with a complimentary birthday cake, a bowl of fruits, and decorated the room.

i really enjoyed that the hotel provided fresh fruit daily. my room included bottled water, a nice touch. the health club offered a sauna and steam room, IT was free to use!
the shower controls in my room were broken. the washing basin also did not drain properly! the reception staff were somewhat cold and UNWELCOMING.
