I loved the pool. It provided a refreshing escape after exploring. The staff were very helpful, addressing my queries promptly and efficiently. Their assistance ensured a smooth stay.
My room had some issues. I noticed a smell of moisture. The air conditioning dripped onto a cushion. This. I also spotted a stain on the desk fabric.

gorgeous poolmoisture smelldirty cushion
The pool looked very gorgeous, a nice spot to relax.
My room had a noticeable smell of moisture. I found the air conditioner was dripping onto the day bed cushion and i was so DISAPPOINTED. Dirt from shoes was all over the wet cushion after maintenance staff accessed the room. My sink and shower were used with dirt everywhere. It was not what I expected at ALL.

The hotel rooms were spacious. i particularly appreciated the filtered water available . the small pool was refreshing after a hot day. the location was good. I could walk to many places.
The soundproofing was poor. I heard corridor noise and sounds from the adjacent room. this did disrupt my sleep. prayer calls also woke me. the beds were hard too.

the staff helped move luggage. they went upstairs and downstairs for me. they also provided very helpful travel tips for exploring the area. i appreciated this assistance.

The building had a beautiful and typical design. It was well located. the staff was helpful. a wide range of local food options were nearby. i enjoyed swimming in the pool after a hot day.
i found the hotel a little dark. there was no natural light in my room. the furniture is very dark and heavy.

The location was great . The room we booked had two beds and the second bed was accessible via stairs , a lovely touch to the design. I found the staff friendly and nice.
The hotel does not have a driveway , so drop offs and pickups are on a narrow busy road. This makes it very dangerous getting in and out of vehicles. There are also no restaurants , coffee shops or convenient stores very close to the hotel.
