the double room was super clean! i slept soundly in the comfortable bed. the breakfast provided was a good bonus. i found the communication from the hosts clear and helpful.
The walls seemed a bit thin. I could hear some noise from other rooms, but it wasn't a major issue.

The location was easily accessible. It was convenient for my needs.
The lack of soundproofing was a real issue. I could hear other guests' conversations and TVs clearly. the check-in process needs improvement. Another guest almost took my allocated room because keys were left in doors.

The check-in process was odd as the keys were left in the room doors (i walked into someone else's room!). also, the walls seemed thin, so i could hear other guests' conversations and tvs. It lacked noise privacy.

I found the self check-in very simple. The hotel has a great location in a quiet cul-de-sac. The room has good size with an en-suite bathroom. The breakfast has dry goods on a tray placed in the room, with a good selection.
