The staff was helpful and friendly. I especially appreciated the coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available all day in the reception area. The room was spacious and clean. I found the location convenient for accessing tours and exploring the town.
The walls seemed thin. I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms.

the room felt really spacious and clean. all staff members were helpful and very knowledgeable. breakfast included many gluten-free options so my partner could enjoy a proper breakfast. the information centre across from the hotel provided details on tours and maps.
i did notice the walls seemed a bit thin

the hotel's location allows easy access from the airport with a shuttle. it was simple to take short walks around town within the designated polar bear safe area and enjoy the surroundings, so i did.

the rooms were quiet, and the nights were comfortable. slippers were provided for indoor use, and outdoor shoes are left at the entrance. the bathroom included a bath with a shower, underfloor heating, and good shower pressure.

Excellent Hotel Experience

The bed was comfortable, a feature I appreciated after long days of exploring. The bathroom included heated floors and a large tub. This added a touch of luxury to my routine.
The walls seemed thin. Noise from outside and other rooms was easily audible. This impacted my sleep during some nights of my stay (earplugs might be beneficial).

The breakfast buffet had a nice variety of options and provided a good start to the day. The on-site restaurant was to be quite good. It always smelled wonderful in the evenings as I passed by.

Luggage storage was available after checkout at 11 am, very useful considering my bus to the airport was later. The reception has a fireplace.
