a generally solid experience
convenient parking helpful staff great breakfast tiny bathroom non-flushing toilet dated room
i loved the location! it was close to the beach. the town was easy to walk to, i thought! lots of pubs and restaurants were nearby. the parking round the back was very accessible for moving luggage!!!
Sadly, we had a couple of issues with the room itself. the bathroom was so tiny. I reminded me of there was barely any room to turn around. our toilet did not flush. the whole room felt very dated to me.

good choice games room comfortable bed
the breakfast buffet included a good choice of items plus hot food was available to order the games room at the back included pool table tennis and darts the location near fistrals beach was very convenient. the room included chairs and a table it was a nice size the bed was comfortable.
some of the stairs are quite steep which could be difficult with mobility issues

friendly staff ample space lovely view cosy burner
The staff proved friendly and helpful throughout my stay. our quadruple family room offered ample space for two adults and two children. fistral beach is a short, enjoyable walk away. Lovely sea views are visible from the hotel (i really loved that). the restaurant and lounge featured comfy sofas and a cosy log burner.
The size of the room was a bit small. It was quite difficult to move around, even without my dog.

the location is really close to fistral beach. the hotel provides easy access to the fine coastline and amazing views of the surrounding area. i loved waking up to the sounds of crashing waves, so soothing.

breakfast included a buffet with cereals, fruit, and juices. we could order hot food like american pancakes with bacon (especially the pancakes!). the full cornish breakfast had everything cooked perfectly, a good size.

every staff member we met was friendly and cute. they really were pretty good too. the hotel really makes an effort to ensure every guest feels valued.

room 111 includes a huge balcony with a table and chairs. i appreciated the anti-steam mirror in the bathroom. the room itself was bright and airy with a sky mural behind the headboard.

The location is superb for exploring. It is just a short walk to Fistral Beach, a convenient spot. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They created a relaxed atmosphere. The food was amazing, especially in the restaurant area..
Some aspects of the room could use improvement. The curtains in my room were partly detached, a small inconvenience. there was no fan available when I requested one due to the heat. This made the room rather uncomfortable at times.

A romantic coastal retreat
amazing location friendly staff excellent breakfast
The location was AMAZING, offering easy access to both the town center and the beautiful Fistral Beach. The staff was really good, always friendly and helpful. I felt genuinely cared for . The breakfast each morning was a delight, the quality exceeded my expectations.
I noticed some wear and tear in the room, particularly some scuff marks on the walls.

The staff provided EXCELLENT service. I felt very welcome and valued throughout my visit. They promptly addressed every request and were always willing to offer helpful advice regarding local attractions. Their dedication greatly enhanced my experience and I will ALWAYS remember their smiles.

great service perfect location diverse choices relaxing atmosphere
I have stayed multiple times and always receive great service. The location is perfect, directly facing the beach. This provides easy access for morning walks. Breakfast offers diverse choices. This includes vegetarian options. The bar has a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for evening drinks.
The soundproofing in the rooms could be improved. I could hear hallway noise.
