underwhelming stay with issues.
faulty air conditioningpaid upgrade
I found the room to be quite disappointing. the air conditioning barely worked, a problem. a portable unit was supplied, but it did little to cool the room. staff suggested a paid upgrade for a room with functioning air conditioning. air conditioning should have been included in the original price. it was an unpleasant situation overall.

the location is central and accessible to major attractions. the staff met my expectations for attentiveness.
the air conditioning was not effective, and the room became uncomfortably hot. i found that a portable unit was provided, it did not adequately cool the space. i would have expected better climate control for the price.

The hotel has a very clean atmosphere and maintained its facilities well. I enjoyed the traditional architecture of the building. The room was spacious, offering ample space to relax after a day of sightseeing. The location made it easy to access both Alhambra and the city center.
The air conditioning seemed slightly outdated.
