a lovely stay
helpful staff excellent location
I found the staff very helpful and patient. They communicated in english very well! the location is excellent. The restaurant and bar was nice! the food choices were also excellent. i stayed in five other hotels during my spain visit, and this one was one of my favorites.
the coffee machine didn't work! there was a kerfuffle when i ordered room service! the room service buttons on the phone didn't work! it was a pain.

The hotel is on a lovely street and is close to the city center. I easily walked to various shops and attractions! the area felt safe and accessible! taxis were readily available near the entrance.

the front desk staff was cute and helpful! they quickly assisted with taxi arrangements for my trips! the housekeeping staff maintained a high standard of cleanliness! the servers at breakfast were attentive!

The level lounge offered breakfast with plenty of options! i enjoyed the tapas and open bar! i took advantage of these amenities between 5-7pm. The gym includes three treadmills and free weights.

Fantastic Location and Friendly Staff!
lounge area amazing view appointed room
The Level Lounge was amazing. The views were amazing and the food was good! The room was very nice. It was also well appointed.
The room wasn't ready when we arrived just before 4pm. Check-in was supposed to be at 2pm, annoying. We waited for a room. This could have been handled better.

privacy issue malfunctioning thermostat
The location was acceptable. Many shops and restaurants were nearby.
The bathroom lacked privacy because it had a sliding door. This was a significant issue . I found that the thermostat in my room did not work, so the room remained warm despite my attempts to adjust the temperature.

The hotel has a central location. Access to restaurants and shopping was easy. The staff seemed helpful (they answered all my questions).
The room wasn't ready when I arrived just before 4pm. I was told to wait. I could upgrade to 'The Level' for a premium, but I refused.

central location good breakfast helpful staff unadjustable air conditioning loud nightlife doorless closet
i liked the location a lot it was easy to walk to many places i wanted to see. the breakfast was very good with lots of choices available. the staff was helpful when i needed assistance with directions or recommendations
the air conditioning was not adjustable and the room was too warm at night. i also noticed some noise from nearby bars late into the night which disturbed my sleep. the closet in my room had no doors which i found a little odd and inconvenient
