The hotel location was acceptable. The area is close to shops.
The air conditioning did not work in the room I booked. Staff suggested I open the windows. This issue meant the room only had heating.

The hotel has a central location. Access to restaurants and shopping was easy. The staff seemed helpful (they answered all my questions).
The room wasn't ready when I arrived just before 4pm. I was told to wait. I could upgrade to 'The Level' for a premium, but I refused.

i liked the location a lot it was easy to walk to many places i wanted to see. the breakfast was very good with lots of choices available. the staff was helpful when i needed assistance with directions or recommendations
the air conditioning was not adjustable and the room was too warm at night. i also noticed some noise from nearby bars late into the night which disturbed my sleep. the closet in my room had no doors which i found a little odd and inconvenient
