the hotel's beauty exceeded the photos i saw online, a welcome surprise. the service was great, the staff were friendly, and the atmosphere had a chill, positive vibe. i noticed that every detail was considered, including fresh flowers throughout the premises. the high quality throughout the hotel.
The mattress wasn't as comfortable as i had hoped. It was alright, but not the best.

The junior suite was spacious and elegant, it had fresh and clean feel. the bathroom included two separate sinks plus a well-appointed shower. I especially liked the rainfall shower head. the room also featured a beautiful view from the window!!!

The hotel offered valet parking, and i found it useful. every staff member i encountered was not only friendly but also very cute. they consistently went out of their way to be helpful. They clearly valued my business.

The hotel's proximity to the Alhambra was convenient. I appreciated the short walk to the entrance. The staff were also friendly. They provided helpful information about the local area. I also found that the room was clean.
I was disappointed that the climate control in my room was ineffective. I was unable to adjust the temperature to a comfortable level. The television also malfunctioned, repeatedly shutting down. These issues affected my experience. Breakfast had some limitations. It did not meet my expectations for a hotel of this caliber.

I was very pleased with the room. it had plenty of space. the staff was attentive to our needs. they seemed genuinely happy to help us. the location was close to alhambra, a quick walk away. transport was easy. The hop-on-hop-off train stopped right outside..
The gym equipment needed some attention. The multi-gym had several broken components, restricting its use and impacting the overall workout experience a bit.
