The underground garage was convenient, and i appreciated the windshield cleaning service before i left. i enjoyed the indoor heated pool . the breakfast was varied with fresh omelettes made to order. That was a real treat. the gym was adequate for a basic workout.
The hotel location required a bit of a walk to reach the historical center. It was about ten minutes.

the breakfast offered a good selection. i found plenty of choices (especially fresh fruit). the location was convenient. it was easy to find with great parking.
the air conditioning did not work well in the room. i had trouble adjusting it to a comfortable temperature. the staff did not seem very interested in addressing my concerns (i told them twice). the street noise was incessant.

i highly recommend this hotel. the breakfast offered plenty of choices including many fruits. i also found the staff to be friendly and efficient. the location was good, with a department store located directly across the road (very convenient for any necessities).
the air conditioning did not work in my room, so i had to ask to move to another room.

I loved how friendly the receptionists were. They speak many languages! the room was super clean and beautiful i especially liked the easy and big parking it was so convenient. it's right across from a huge el corte ingles department store, so shopping was super easy if i needed anything.
the air conditioning made loud noises and the bathroom door had a gap so it didn't fully close

The hotel location is quite convenient. Upscale department stores, cafes, and dining options are all around. you can easily walk to many places from the hotel. the hotel has two buildings joined by a walkway, so navigating was easy via the elevators.

the parking was easy to access.
I was disappointed the a/c barely worked , it made sleeping uncomfortable. the staff sent someone to supposedly fix it, but the issue persisted. the noise from the street at night was also a problem. It was difficult to sleep with the constant sounds of traffic and people.
