decent stay near times square
convenient locationfriendly staffsmall roomuncomfortable pillows
the location was really convenient it was close to everything i wanted to see. the staff were friendly and always eager to assist with directions and recommendations it was lovely.
the room felt quite small even though i was told it was upgraded to one of their larger rooms the space was still limited. the pillows were also very uncomfortable it affected my sleep quality a bit.

convenient locationcomfortable bedbathroom mildewstained towels
The location was close to Times Square. The staff were friendly and cute. All day snacks and drinks from Rick's were available and a real bonus. The bed was comfortable.
The room was dark, without real windows, and it had bad lighting. The bathroom had a mildew smell because of the shower curtain. The towels also had brown stains on them.
