The location was central to many attractions. The staff at the front desk were available 24/7 and provided assistance when needed. My room was always cleaned daily with fresh towels I found that very consistent. I never experienced long waits.
The street noise was noticeable at times, especially early in the morning.

the staff was amazing and accommodating! i would stay here again for our next trip. the hotel is super close to everything i wanted to see. the location is great, right in the heart of the action.
the bed was super squeaky so any small movement could be heard. i was also startled awake at 2.30am because of a gurgling coming from the radiator in the room. this noise happened again later. it was a very noisy stay!

I had a problem with the room being very small. the window faced an alley. It seemed like a room without windows. it was very unpleasant!

i totally loved how close this place is to times square. it was so easy to get around. the super nice team when i needed something.
the bed was squeaky i heard every little move. there was also a weird gurgling noise from the radiator in the middle of the night it really woke me up.
