faulty air conditioningstreet noise
The air conditioning did not work. I reported this upon arrival, and while they acknowledged the issue, they couldn't fix it . They offered a different apartment on the second evening, but I did not want to move for just one night. the street was very noisy on Saturday. There was a lot of music and commotion until 2 AM. After that it was quiet.

the location was unbeatable. i found the self check in process very easy and the breakfast offered was a good surprise, it was very nice.
this detail was not clearly stated in the description, which could be misleading with mobility issues.

the contact person was quick and very accommodating. access to the location was easy, and i appreciated the informative support from the host. the instructions were clear, and i was able to leave my luggage before check-in.

The room included a well equipped kitchenette. It featured a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee machine. the bathroom was complete, including good access to outlets for chargers. air conditioning was effective for comfortable temperatures in the room.

the location on ferreira borges street is excellent, near main attractions. the hotel is in the heart of the historical quarter. i had good access to transport links, amenities and sights, though parking was difficult.
