underwhelming experience
central locationsewer smell
the hotel location was central and close to the train station, this was convenient.
the room i stayed in smelled like sewer after rain, this was unpleasant. i suspect there is a issue regarding the drainage system here. it did affect the overall experience of my stay.

The location was fantastic. The room was clean as they clean it every day. I found the price to be great for the value. Check-in was efficient with passwords for the room provided on the day of arrival.
The bathroom was a bit of a squeeze, though fully functional.

Staff responded immediately to queries. They were very helpful, indeed. They allowed me to leave my bag in the hall the morning that I left. This service was very helpful to me.

The room was quiet, despite the vibrant area, and had sufficient power points. The beds did offer a good nights sleep. Fresh towels were provided every day. The bathroom area was very clean.

the location worked well for walking around. one bus even took me from the airport to a station near the accommodation and back. the check-in system uses door codes so there was no need to coordinate arrival time.
the floors felt sticky throughout the accommodation. loud music played from nearby establishments.

The location was great. nyla helped me a lot when i said i could not use the stairs. She changed my floor. the room was very clean too! i also liked that the staff replied quickly on whatsapp.
the noise from the building work next door was very loud. this cannot be helped by the owner.

the staff responded promptly via whatsapp to answer questions, this was helpful. the front desk staff assisted with luggage storage prior to check-in. they provided assistance to me when i needed to change my room.
