the staff were SO friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
I had some issues with messaging. The hotel said it had NO access to Expedia. Consequently, they did not answer my many messages and phone calls prior to my stay. Check in was complicated by THAT.

The location was good. The staff provided a welcome drink upon arrival. Spanish guitar entertainment took place while I had a drink.
I noticed some wear and tear on the apartment furnishings. Some handles were coming off wardrobes. There is no dryer in the apartment, even though it is listed as an amenity.

helpful advice surprise cake convenient location
The hotel staff were cute, offering helpful advice for exploring the area. i especially liked the surprise cake the hotel arranged for my wife. It was a kind gesture. the location was also convenient as it allowed easy access to the city center.
The bin lorry came early each morning. Its noise was audible despite soundproofing.

The rooftop offered views. Seeing the fireworks from up there on new year's eve was great. the interior courtyard provided a peaceful setting for breakfast, and it was generally quiet despite its central location.

The breakfast had good options, and the hotel restaurant allowed for magic evenings. I ordered dinner in the courtyard a couple of times. attending the classical guitarist performances while sipping wine was enjoyable.

the room offered lovely little touches like chocolates and good cosmetic minis. the big, comfy bed ensured a restful sleep. the room was clean! and well kept, further contributing to the positive experience.

natural light friendly staff guitar performance
I found calm and beauty with art and green plants at the hotel. Staff are friendly and answered every question. I listened to the guitar performance each evening in the lobby. Clean rooms had pretty and luxury equipment.
I noticed some wear on the apartment furnishings and refurbishment are needed now. Some handles were coming off wardrobes for example.
