fantastic location and friendly staff!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. i loved having the free hot drink facility open 24 hours a day. the supply of iced water was such a nice touch! the breakfast was great too. It made me so happy.

The room was hot and i couldn't get it cooled down. the noise in the hallways was also bad until early in the morning. It was such a bother. next time, i would look for a different place.

The receptionists were nice. They gave us such useful advise on restaurants and logistics. welcome drinks are available. Such a kind gesture! plus, the coffee was good and free, what's not to love.

The location is excellent. It's within a 10-20 minute walk of most sites we wished to visit. the hotel was quiet. i loved that there were restaurants nearby. everything was perfect. What a find!

the hotel location is excellent. it is close to the attractions making touring more bearable. the staff were really good with any requests i made. the hotel was beautiful everywhere, with lovely seating and artwork.

the room was small and the facilities were disappointing. there was no mirror in the bedroom to sit at when drying my hair. there was also no full length mirror anywhere, i found the breakfast buffet limited in its offerings.
