original features quiet air conditioning ample breakfast poor soundproofing limited options adjacent rooms
This hotel is a beautiful building with original features! the rooms include tea and coffee making facilities. They even provide a bottle of water and a fridge. the air conditioning is very quiet. I loved it! breakfast has plenty of choice, and i could fill up to keep going for the day.
The soundproofing was bad! i could clearly hear the neighbors in the adjacent rooms! i also heard every step from the guests above me!

a charming stay!
helpful staff breakfast pastries good area decent room size
this place was a great escape. i found the staff friendly and helpful. the breakfast was a lovely treat, especially the pastries, and the dining area was good. my room was also a decent size, and i very much liked having a bathtub.
i did notice that the soundproofing could be a little better. i could hear some noise from the hallway at times, but it didn't bother me much.

The hotel provides excellent internet access, and it worked flawlessly throughout my stay. I experienced no connectivity issues during my time here, so working remotely was very straightforward.

The reception staff were cute and professional. they were always available to offer assistance and guidance. paulo was especially attentive. He made sure all my needs were met.

the hotel is centrally located, and it is very easy to walk to various points of interest. metro and bus stops are nearby, so getting around was never a problem.

The breakfast was very good. There was plenty of choice and the food was fresh. i particularly enjoyed the continental options. They were good!!! the dining area was also very clean.

lovely selection easy walking street noise outdated decor
The staff showed me to my room, a Superior Double or Twin Room. It was spacious. Breakfast offered a lovely selection, and the location was wonderful. It was within easy walking distance to many attractions.
The soundproofing wasn't the best. I could hear a lot of noise from the street. The decor felt a bit outdated. It did not match the pictures I saw online.
