fine views and excellent service
excellent staff attentive staff fine views
the hotel sits hidden down an alleyway. it boasts fine views over the city. the front staff was excellent and cute. the restaurant staff were attentive and knowledgeable.
i noted a slight lack of complimentary drinking water provided in the room.

the pool remains open 24 hours. this allows for early morning dips and evening swims. it suited my travel schedule. the location provides superb views from the hill toward the city.

the breakfast buffet included many options. it featured attractive displays and appetising treats. the restaurant offered very good food. the drinks proved excellent in quality and presentation.

modern room functional room delicious food cute staff
the staff was very cute. my room was modern, pretty, and functional. It was an exclusive double room. i enjoyed dinner one night, and the food was creative and delicious!!!
the only very slight negative thing was that there seemed to be limited public space other than the restaurant.

the location is excellent with easy access to many places. it is so convenient to walk around and explore the surrounding area. i found the hotel to have a local yet upscale feel.

the employees are very service-minded and professional. they ensured my stay was perfect, showing attention to detail. the front desk personnel were especially helpful and always attentive to my needs and requests!!!

soundproofing issue blackout curtains
The breakfast was decent (I especially liked the fruit selection).
I found the lack of soundproofing to be an issue. I could clearly hear conversations and noise from adjacent rooms and the hallway. This was rather disruptive, particularly late at night. the absence of blackout curtains made it difficult to sleep in past sunrise.
