friendly stafffresh options
i appreciated the friendly staff.. they were helpful with directions. the breakfast offered a good variety of fresh options. antonio was particularly helpful with reservations.
the hotel lacked complete soundproofing.

the breakfast was good. it had nice dining dishes and fresh orange juice. the staff were very friendly. they helped with every detail.
the room was not sound proofed at all. the shower in the room had mold. someone used my toilet and did not flush well.

the staff were always willing to help i found them very friendly. the room was really beautiful it added to the experience. the location is close to the botanical gardens it was easy to reach other places.
the hotel is not sound proofed at all this was noticeable. the shower had mold i saw it on the walls.
