mosquito issue door system
The staff was nice and helpful, a detail i did appreciate.
Mosquitoes were really a problem. The front door system was annoying. I had to ring a bell that was discretely positioned, made gaining entry tricky. I pushed the door and was scolded for not ringing the bell.

lovely stay with a few minor hiccups

relaxing garden friendly receptionist
i liked the hotel's location, a short walk to historical sites. the garden was relaxing and enclosed. i appreciated the varied breakfast selection that included cereals, croissants, and cooked options. the receptionist was friendly and offered helpful recommendations for local restaurants and attractions.
i found the lack of tea or coffee facilities in the room inconvenient. bottled water was not supplied, and i had to use a vending machine. the mattress was fairly hard, and the pillows felt lumpy, which impacted my sleep quality.

A decent lodging

friendly staff popular sites centre proximity incorrect room dorm resemblance mosquito issue
The staff was very friendly and kindly pointed out popular sites to us. Their english was great. Everything is a short walk from the centre.
The room we reserved was not the same as what we got. It resembled more a dorm. Mosquitoes are an issue.
