The staff was kind and cute. the breakfast offered many choices and fresh options. i especially enjoyed the pool. It had comfortable loungers and a nice atmosphere. the customer shuttle to the town was convenient. It saved me the hassle of driving.
The sound isolation wasn't great. I could hear other guests in the corridor at times.

Really good Tuscan Retreat

Our experience was really positive. The family rooms were very spacious and clean. The staff were cute. They ensured our stay was comfortable. The free on-site parking made daily trips into town very easy (a short drive of approximately ten minutes). I found the hotel to be excellent.
The minibar did not get sufficiently cold. Therefore we had to discard some picnic items. I wish this worked better.

Breakfast included a buffet. The buffet offered a good variety of items, including bread, croissants, cheeses, scrambled eggs, bacon, yogurt, jams, coffee and teas (a nice way to start the day!).
