inadequate fanhot water absence
my bungalow lacked sufficient cooling. the provided fan proved inadequate, especially given the daytime heat. the absence of a hot water supply also detracted from the experience. i expect basic comfort for the price paid and this was not delivered. improvements in these areas are necessary to meet reasonable expectations. the room needs better temperature regulation. hot water availability should be standard.

The resort's layout felt very serene. Food, drink, and service were amazing. The beach offered snorkeling, and exploring the sea was fine. I booked additional activities through the resort like massages.
The toilet system lacked privacy, and there was sometimes a sewage smell in the cottage. No water was provided.
