unmotivated stafflimited breakfast
The staff seemed somewhat unmotivated, affecting the overall vibe. Checking in, I encountered a rather unwelcoming older woman. She acted like I was intruding. the breakfast choices were limited, and they did not cater to gluten or lactose intolerances. This is a real issue. I feel like the money I spent was not worth it. I seemed like an unwelcome guest.

great air conditioningcomfortable bedclean bathroom
i was picked up right at the immigration point on the beach. my poolside bungalow featured great air conditioning plus a comfortable bed. i appreciated its cleanliness and spaciousness including a huge bathroom. the beach was fine and was only a few steps away. free canoes, paddle boards, and snorkels were available.
the breakfast menu was somewhat basic.

the beachside restaurant provided fabulous meals and drinks. breakfast included a great choice of items. the restaurant served meals throughout the day in addition to many cocktails.

the pool area was superb and large. it also featured beautiful well-kept gardens. beachside loungers were available for all guests.

the staff was very friendly plus helpful . the owner would mingle with guests to check if they were enjoying their stay. they also use real napkins at the restaurant.

the location directly on the beach was convenient.
Our room was quite disappointing. A light switch was broken. additionally, one of the taps in the outdoor bathroom didn't work properly, and there was no hand soap. these issues detracted from the overall experience.
