i booked two rooms and one room's air conditioner was not working on the first night the room was above 30 degrees it took many attempts to get it fixed and the communication was bad

I found the location perfect and convenient. rania at reception was especially helpful and informative, she made check-in quick and easy. the rooms were clean with fresh towels daily. i appreciated the variety of food at each meal. There was always a tasty option.
the pool closed relatively early at 6:30 pm, limiting evening swim opportunities.

the staff members were always smiley and very helpful, from the receptionists to the cleaning ladies. voula at the restaurant made excellent cocktails when i returned, tired from exploring. rania provided very nice service.

my suite had a spacious layout, and the air conditioning worked efficiently, keeping the space cool. there were welcome drinks in the fridge, a very nice touch. the beds were comfortable.

There was good food selection in the restaurant, i liked the coffee to go option before driving. the variety and quality of the food were great. I especially enjoyed the greek night. it was delicious.

The location was central, within a short walk to many attractions. the staff were helpful, especially with directions and local tips. breakfast offered a good variety of options. I found something new each day.
the pool area was smaller than i expected. the gym equipment was limited, with only a few machines available. there was some noise from nearby streets at night.
