excellent breakfast attentive staff cute staff dirty pool free parking poor food
I found the breakfast awesome! The quality and variety exceeded my expectations. I have stayed at some 5-star hotels that did not have such a good breakfast. The staff was very attentive and cute too.
The outdoor pool was not usable. It was not officially open and was very dirty. I think a location like this should include free parking. The food standard was poor, unfortunately.

the location is good, just a short distance from santander. my room was spacious and very clean. the hotel provides ev charging and also welcomes dogs.
i found a couple cobwebs in the light shades. that was all

great selection healthier options indoor pools
the breakfast was very good with a massive selection. i found many healthier options available, which i appreciated. i also enjoyed the amazing indoor pools and thermal areas. the dinner and lunch options at the hotel restaurant were great.
i noticed some sound issues. the accommodation wing required better soundproofing, especially when functions took place.

just average experience.
good selection buffet food dated swimming pool extra cost
the breakfast met my expectations with a good selection of buffet food.
I found that the spa was not really a spa. It was just a dated swimming pool with a couple of jets. if i wanted any real spa treatments, those would be extra cost.

the breakfast buffet offered many choices especially the healthier options. i enjoyed access to the thermal pool each evening. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay
