I found the breakfast selection quite satisfying. There was plenty to choose from. the location was also very quiet, a definite plus. the room was big. I appreciated that. the staff was friendly too!!!
I didn't like that the room felt so far from everything. It was at the top floor. accessing the spa involved a long tunnel. That was a bit inconvenient. the air conditioning barely worked. It never really cooled down the room.

I was pretty frustrated with several aspects of my stay. the gym's opening hours were just ridiculous. 9 Am is far too late! plus, the equipment was ancient and barely functional, with some cardio machines completely out of order. even worse, when i tried to get a coffee before breakfast, the staff were unhelpful and rude. it reminded me of they couldn't be bothered to do the bare minimum for a paying guest. for the price, i expected much better service and functioning facilities. it reminded me of the staff were incapable.
