central location with friendly service
friendly service large room extra bed easy access
jo was helpful the room was large enough it was the family room with an extra single bed coffee tea and milk were provided in the room a fridge was also available i found the host very accommodating the location allowed easy access to places like the castle and gardens public transport was accessible from the doorstep i found the family room spacious and clean it had everything i needed.

mixed feelings about this stay
small room poor soundproofing
the room felt rather cramped especially the shower area it was hard to move around in there for several days the bedding did not seem very clean i was also able to hear other guests through the walls the soundproofing was minimal.

friendly owner excellent location ample space
the room included everything i needed for my stay the owner was also very friendly i found the location excellent for accessing local amenities. the off street parking was also convenient.
the soundproofing wasn't great i could hear noise from other rooms

the location was quite central. the host provided helpful tips regarding local attractions and restaurants! i had easy access to alnwick playhouse for cinema, cafe, and tourist information. the bus stop across the road offers coastal routes to berwick and newcastle.
