the staff was very helpful, even assisting with our luggage. the food was excellent and of high quality. the hotel's location is tucked away from busy areas. it offered beautiful views of the sea.

i loved the delicious lunch and breakfast in the dining room , it had an excellent sea view. bedrooms were lovely and quiet. there was a good power shower in the ensuite. the very cute host and staff added to the experience.
first impressions were not the best , the carpark was quite tight and narrow. it was overgrown with broken furniture and overflowing bins. the room itself needed some attention , as it was quite tired and dated.

The location was idyllic. The bay was visible from rooms. There was a lovely lawn at the back. The food was good and nicely cooked.
When I booked my room, I was told it was in the King's Coach House. I thought it would be of comparable quality to the hotel itself, it was not. I had a cramped room, reached through a dingy corridor, overlooking a parking lot.

The breakfast included good food quality. Parking was available near the premises. The hotel is a few minutes away from the beach. The building shows nice architecture and charm.
My room had the slight problem of peeling wallpaper in some areas.

The room included plenty of towels in the bathroom, which I liked. A well-stocked tea tray was available in the room, a nice convenience. I appreciated the comfortable nights sleep the bedding provided.

Staff at mealtimes were attentive. They were not intrusive at all, a good balance. The Greasley family gave a warm welcome to guests. Staff show efficiency in their duties.

Idyllic Stay Near the Coast!!!

The staff were accommodating. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. The bedrooms were lovely and clean. They had plenty of storage. The beds were comfortable too. I was impressed with the quality of the food, especially with the gluten-free and vegetarian options, catered for with such care!!!
