the staff were lovely and helpful .
I was frustrated because there was no hot water in the sink and bath upon arrival. I could only get hot water in the shower. the tv also wasn't working when i first got to the room, so the barman had to come and fix it.

the room was clean and spacious. the staff and owners were helpful. the food tasted amazing and had a good choice. i will be back for another stay soon. the location is great for exploring the area and also close to major roads.
the bar and restaurant were closed on sunday evening which was a little inconvenient.
